Quests
Long-term goals, broken down up to three levels deep.
A quest is a goal that takes more than a day. Quests hold the side quests that move them forward, and they pay out XP when you finish them.

Three levels deep
Quests nest up to three levels, which the app labels as:
- Campaign — the big goal (“Get fit this year”).
- Quest — a milestone inside it (“Run a half marathon”).
- Objective — a concrete chunk (“Complete the 10-week plan”).
You don't have to use all three. A single quest with side quests under it works fine.
Realms
Every quest belongs to a realm: Vitality, Lore, Craft, Coin, Bonds, Growth, Art, Journey or Other. XP earned on a quest — including from its side quests — also counts toward that realm, so you can see which parts of your life are getting attention.
Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | You're working on it. |
| Resting | Paused on purpose. You can make it active again. |
| Sealed | Done. Sealing pays XP. You can reopen a sealed quest. |
| Failed | Its deadline passed while it was still active. Make it active again (with a new deadline) or abandon it. |
| Abandoned | Given up. This is final. |
Progress and milestones
A quest's progress is the share of its side quests you've completed, counting everything underneath it. Once a quest has at least four side quests, crossing 25%, 50% and 75% each pays a one-time milestone bonus.
Sealing
Seal a quest when it's done. The XP depends on its level (a campaign pays more than an objective), how many side quests you completed and how many hours you logged on it — and it's a quarter more if you seal it before its deadline. The exact numbers are in XP and levels.
Deleting a quest also removes the quests under it. Their side quests and rituals are kept and become standalone.
