The service

Fulcrum is provided as-is, while it's actively being built. Features can change, and we can't promise it will be free of bugs or always available. You use it at your own risk.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Fulcrum to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else's rights
• attack, overload or try to break the service
• access another person's account or data without permission

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account — it's immediate and permanent. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use Fulcrum after a change means you accept the new terms.
